Operational Times at School House
The nursery opens its doors at 7.30am and closes at 6pm. If you arrive before 7.30am or before your child’s session commences you need to remain with your child until their session begins. Please, can parents collect their children in the evening well before nursery closes to enable us to pass on relevant information, allowing staff to finish their shift on time; many staff attend college or have courses to go on straight from work. Thankyou.
New staff
I would like to welcome two new staff who will be working in the nursery, and a familiar face who has decided to come on board full time to work with in our rooms. First, I would like to welcome Janet she will be our new Nursery Deputy manager, she currently works at Westholme and has many years’ experience working in nursery settings, including previously managing a setting for over 10 years. We look forward to seeing her strong leadership skills drive the nursery forward. Second, there is Danielle she is our new modern apprentice, she is already level 2 qualified, gaining her level 2 qualification whilst working at a previous nursery. I would also like to say how happy we are Emma who worked upstairs in Tweenies sometimes, has decided to work in the nursery full time in our Preschool room, she is such an inspiration to the children and they have loved her creative ideas in the preschool room this week.
